The promise
What Pathfinder delivers
Three things move the needle. Everything we do sits under one of them.
More Leads
The problem: “I need more leads.”
Stop guessing at marketing. Build a front-end offer people actually want, say it in words that land, and run campaigns that fill the calendar.
How we fix more leads →
More Signups
The problem: “I feel so awkward selling.”
The leads you already get should convert better than they do. Run a consult like a coaching session, because that's what it is. No scripts, no pressure.
How we fix more signups →
Strong Team
The problem: “I have to handle everything myself.”
Your 2nd in Charge and your coaches learn to sell, lead, and hold standards, so the gym stops needing you in the middle of every decision.
How we fix strong team →
Each one feeds the next. More leads give your team reps. Better signups fund the business. A strong team means you're not the bottleneck on either.
Who this is for
Sound familiar?
Your gym works. You've got members, you've got a small team, you're doing real revenue. But you're still the one who handles every consult, every staff question, every “hey do you have a minute” that turns into forty minutes.
That's not a hustle problem. You're already working hard enough.
You're tired of...
- Slow months you can't explain and can't predict
- Watching good leads go quiet because nobody followed up
- Being the only person who can close a sale
- Consults that feel like you're selling something instead of helping someone
- Standards slipping the second you're not on the floor
- Knowing exactly what to do and still not getting to it
You want...
- Leads coming in on purpose, not by accident
- A consult process you'd be proud to hand to your team
- A 2nd in Charge who makes decisions instead of asking you to
- Coaches who hold the line whether you're there or not
- Revenue that grows without you adding hours
That's what we do.
What we do
Three problems, in order
Not enough leads, not enough of those leads signing up, and a gym that can't run without you. Fix them in that order and the revenue takes care of itself.
- More LeadsFill the calendar on purpose instead of hoping referrals show up. A marketing audit, a lead message in your members' words, Meta ads, and a Bring-a-Friend event you run on a date. More Leads →
- More SignupsConsults that convert without turning you into a salesperson. Sell Like a Coach, the phone version, live Roleplay Labs, and an Offer Fit Audit. More Signups →
- Strong TeamA 2nd in Charge and coaches who can run it without you. Staff check-ins and a pay roadmap, 2IC Circle, the Quarterly Debrief, and 2IC School. Strong Team →
What else you get
What else comes with it
The three pillars are the work. This is everything else that comes with it.
The Room
Weekly Roundtable calls where owners bring what's actually happening, plus the Collective in person when Nick runs one. Some conversations need a room and a meal.
Trusted Peers
A private Slack with owners who get it, and direct access to Nick. Not coaches who used to own gyms. People running them right now.
The Training Library
Audits, SOPs, plug-and-play tools, and walkthroughs you can hand straight to your team. Plus expert guest training brought in for the group.
About the founder
Nick Habich
Nick has been in fitness and coaching for 12+ years. He owns Shark Bite Fitness, Shark Bite Gymnastics, and Athletic Recovery Services in Cape Coral, Florida.
He built Pathfinder after watching too many good gym owners hit the same wall: the gym grows, and every bit of that growth lands back on the owner.
This is the room I wish I had earlier.
Nick doesn't teach theory. He teaches what he's run inside his own gym and with the hundreds of owners he's coached. He's helped dozens of gym owners reach a six figure income without hating their jobs.
The Pathfinder difference
There's no shortage of business coaches selling gym owners a system. Most of them want to turn you into a marketer or a closer. Pathfinder is built to make your gym depend on you less.
That means your team gets trained too. Your 2IC sits in their own room and learns alongside you. Your coaches learn the same sales process you do. And nothing here asks you to become someone your members wouldn't recognize.

Ten questions, ten reels

If you tell me you don't know what to post, I don't believe you. I think you know exactly what to post and the problem is that you're asking the question in a way that has no...
If they're not already in your gym, that's the problem

I said something on my Tuesday call that went by in about four seconds and nobody reacted to it. I've been chewing on it since, because I think it's the most useful thing I...

Questions owners ask first
Who is Pathfinder for?
Coaching gym owners doing around $15K a month, with a small team and an emerging 2nd in Charge or a GM. The gym works, it just still leans on you for every consult, every staff question and every awkward member conversation.
What actually is Pathfinder Collective?
A coaching program for gym owners built on three pillars: More Leads, More Signups and Strong Team. Weekly owner Roundtable calls, biweekly Sales Roleplay Labs, biweekly 2IC School for your second in charge, a member app with your numbers and the missions, a training library, and a private Slack with Nick in it.
How much time does it take each week?
One Roundtable call a week, Roleplay Lab every other week, and the mission you're on, which is work you'd be doing in your gym anyway, done with a plan. Your 2IC adds a 2IC School call every other week.
What happens on the free call?
Thirty minutes on Zoom with Nick. An honest look at your gym, your numbers and what's actually holding it back. If it's not a fit, he'll tell you, and you'll still leave with something to do.
Three gyms per month
Ready to talk?
If you're a gym owner who wants a straight conversation about where the business is and what's actually holding it back, book a call. An honest look at your gym, your numbers, and whether this is the right fit. Nick talks to every prospective member himself. If it's not a fit he'll tell you.
Pathfinder takes on three new gyms a month. That's the cap, and it's the reason Nick can sit down with every owner himself before they join.
Coaching gym owners doing around $15K a month with a small team, an emerging 2nd in Charge, or a GM. Add $15K in revenue in 6 months without being dragged into every sale, staff question, and awkward member conversation.
You built something that works. Now build something that doesn't need you in the middle of it all the time.
