Fit

Who is Pathfinder for?

Coaching gym owners doing around $15K a month, with a small team and an emerging 2nd in Charge or a GM. The gym works, it just still leans on you for every consult, every staff question and every awkward member conversation.

Who is it not for?

Owners who want an ad hack while skipping sales practice, team standards, follow-up and their own numbers. If a monthly coaching fee is a real can-I-afford-this decision right now, this isn't the right time, and Nick will tell you that on the call.

I don't have a 2nd in Charge yet. Can I still join?

Yes. An emerging one counts: the coach who already gets asked the questions when you're out. Part of the Strong Team work is turning that person into a real second leader. And not every gym needs one. Some owners never make a 2nd in Charge, and that's okay. We'll still grow your team.

Does it only work for one kind of gym?

No. Owners in the Collective run group training gyms, strength gyms, nutrition-heavy gyms and private training studios. The three problems are the same everywhere: not enough leads, awkward selling, and an owner the gym can't run without.

What it is

What actually is Pathfinder Collective?

A coaching program for gym owners built on three pillars: More Leads, More Signups and Strong Team. Weekly owner Roundtable calls, biweekly Sales Roleplay Labs, biweekly 2IC School for your second in charge, a member app with your numbers and the missions, a training library, and a private Slack with Nick in it.

Is it a mastermind, a course, or coaching?

Coaching, with the other two inside it. The calls are live and the owners on them are running gyms right now. The library and the missions are the course part. Nobody is left to watch videos alone.

Who runs it?

Nick Habich. He owns Shark Bite Fitness in Cape Coral, Florida, plus a kids gymnastics gym and a recovery clinic, and has coached hundreds of gym owners over 12+ years. Valerie, his GM, leads 2IC School.

What are the three pillars?

More Leads (marketing that fills the calendar on purpose), More Signups (consults that convert without you turning into a salesperson), and Strong Team (a 2nd in Charge and coaches who can run the gym without you). Each one feeds the next.

Is there a community?

Yes, and it's a real one: a weekly Roundtable where owners bring what's actually happening, a private Slack, and in-person Collective events when Nick runs them. It comes with the work. It isn't the reason to join.

The work

What happens in the first month?

You start with your six-month picture, your numbers, a first win on a date, and a diagnostic the app reads. Then it routes you to the one pillar that will move the most, and you start there.

What's a mission?

A piece of the plan, and every one has the same shape: something to learn, something to go do in your gym, and something real to show for it at the end. A marketing audit you actually ran. A consult you actually had. A staff check-in that actually happened. The next pillar opens when the first one is done.

Does my team get trained too?

Yes. Your 2nd in Charge gets their own room: 2IC School, led by Valerie, every other week. Your coaches learn the same sales process you do. Pathfinder is built to make the gym depend on you less, which only works if the people around you grow.

I hate selling. Is this a sales program?

It's a coaching program, and sales is treated as the first act of coaching. Sell Like a Coach is nine moves and zero pitching, and the Roleplay Lab is where you practice them in front of people who'll be honest with you.

Money and time

How much time does it take each week?

One Roundtable call a week, Roleplay Lab every other week, and the mission you're on, which is work you'd be doing in your gym anyway, done with a plan. Your 2IC adds a 2IC School call every other week.

Why only three gyms a month?

Because Nick sits down with every owner himself before they join, and because a new gym takes real attention in its first weeks. Three a month is the cap.

What happens on the free call?

Thirty minutes on Zoom with Nick. An honest look at your gym, your numbers and what's actually holding it back. If it's not a fit, he'll tell you, and you'll still leave with something to do.

Three gyms per month

Ready to talk?

If you're a gym owner who wants a straight conversation about where the business is and what's actually holding it back, book a call. An honest look at your gym, your numbers, and whether this is the right fit. Nick talks to every prospective member himself. If it's not a fit he'll tell you.

Pathfinder takes on three new gyms a month. That's the cap, and it's the reason Nick can sit down with every owner himself before they join.
