Most gym owners market by reflex. A post here, a boosted ad there, a promo when things get quiet. Then they blame the market when it doesn't work.

The gyms that stay full don't have a secret channel. They've got one offer people actually want, a way of talking about it that sounds like their members and not like an agency, and a couple of plays they run every quarter whether they feel like it or not. That's the whole pillar.

The work

How we get you there

There's a plan, and every piece of it is the same shape: something to learn, something to go do in your gym, and something real to show for it at the end. Not a worksheet. The next piece opens when the last one is done.

Marketing Audit

We look at what you're actually running and find where the money and attention are leaking. Usually it's one or two things, not twenty. Your email list is almost always one of them, so emailing your list, and emailing it in a way that gets you members, rides inside this mission.

Lead Message Formula

Say the thing your ideal member is already thinking, in their words. Not "functional fitness for busy professionals." The sentence your best member said in her consult. This is most of the fight.

Meta Ads

An engagement ad first, because it's cheap, it works for gyms, and it tells Meta who your people are. Then, if you want it, a lead ad built the way Nick runs his own, with the tracker and the creative he actually used.

Community Event

Run a Bring-a-Friend event, end to end, on a date. Members bring the people they've been talking about you to. You keep score on four numbers and you call every one of them.

In your gym

What it looks like when it's working

  • You stop guessing which post to make, because the message is written down and your coaches can use it too.
  • You know your lead count for the last 90 days without opening six tabs.
  • There's an event on the calendar every quarter and a play for the quiet month, so a slow February isn't a mystery anymore.
  • Your ads run on a small daily budget you set once, and you can read the week-one numbers yourself.

Questions about more leads

Who is Pathfinder for?

Coaching gym owners doing around $15K a month, with a small team and an emerging 2nd in Charge or a GM. The gym works, it just still leans on you for every consult, every staff question and every awkward member conversation.

Does it only work for one kind of gym?

No. Owners in the Collective run group training gyms, strength gyms, nutrition-heavy gyms and private training studios. The three problems are the same everywhere: not enough leads, awkward selling, and an owner the gym can't run without.

How much time does it take each week?

One Roundtable call a week, Roleplay Lab every other week, and the mission you're on, which is work you'd be doing in your gym anyway, done with a plan. Your 2IC adds a 2IC School call every other week.

What happens on the free call?

Thirty minutes on Zoom with Nick. An honest look at your gym, your numbers and what's actually holding it back. If it's not a fit, he'll tell you, and you'll still leave with something to do.

The other two pillars: More Signups and Strong Team. How the whole thing fits together.

Three gyms per month

Want more leads? It starts with a call.

If you're a gym owner who wants a straight conversation about where the business is and what's actually holding it back, book a call. An honest look at your gym, your numbers, and whether this is the right fit. Nick talks to every prospective member himself. If it's not a fit he'll tell you.

Pathfinder takes on three new gyms a month. That's the cap, and it's the reason Nick can sit down with every owner himself before they join.
