How it works
One pillar at a time, with your team learning alongside you
Pathfinder is a coaching program, not a course you watch alone. Here's what it actually looks like from the day you join.
The first two weeks
Start Here
Everybody starts in the same place. A short run of steps in the member app, and each one ends with something real from your gym, not a worksheet.
Your picture and your numbers
What you want the gym to look like in six months, in your words, and one real month of revenue, leads and sign-ups, with who owns each number.
A first win, on a date
Something that brings people through the door before anything else gets built. Named, scheduled, run.
The diagnostic
Honest answers about leads, selling and your team. The app reads them and routes you to the one pillar that will move the most, and that pillar opens.
The work
The plan
One pillar at a time. Inside each one the work has the same shape: something to learn, something to go do in your gym, and something real to show for it. When a pillar is done, the next one opens. There's always a next thing to build.
More Leads
The problem: “I need more leads.”
Stop guessing at marketing. Build a front-end offer people actually want, say it in words that land, and run campaigns that fill the calendar.

More Signups
The problem: “I feel so awkward selling.”
The leads you already get should convert better than they do. Run a consult like a coaching session, because that's what it is. No scripts, no pressure.

Strong Team
The problem: “I have to handle everything myself.”
Your 2nd in Charge and your coaches learn to sell, lead, and hold standards, so the gym stops needing you in the middle of every decision.

The rhythm
Running underneath the whole time
Roundtable
Every week
Owners only. You bring what's actually happening in your gym this week, and the other owners work it with you. This is where most of the Notes come from.
Sales Roleplay Lab
Every other week
Live reps. You and your coaches run consults in front of people who'll be honest with you.
2IC School and 2IC Circle
Every other week
Your 2nd in Charge's own room, led by Valerie. You're not on this call, which is the point.
Quarterly Debrief
Four times a year
The numbers, next 90 days, what left your plate.
Slack with Nick
Any day
A private channel of owners and direct access to Nick. On-request calls when something needs more than messages.
The app and the library
Always
Your monthly metrics and sales numbers, every piece of the plan, and the full training library: audits, SOPs, plug-and-play tools, walkthroughs and courses you can hand straight to your team.
Commitment
Six months to start, then it keeps going
The initial commitment is six months, because that's what the $15K promise is built on. After that, membership continues month to month. Most owners stay well past the first pillar, because the second one is sitting right there and their 2IC is halfway through school.
Nick goes through the price with you on the call. It isn't on this page because the conversation about whether it's a fit comes first, and he'd rather have that one with you directly.
Questions about how it works
What happens in the first month?
You start with your six-month picture, your numbers, a first win on a date, and a diagnostic the app reads. Then it routes you to the one pillar that will move the most, and you start there.
What's a mission?
A piece of the plan, and every one has the same shape: something to learn, something to go do in your gym, and something real to show for it at the end. A marketing audit you actually ran. A consult you actually had. A staff check-in that actually happened. The next pillar opens when the first one is done.
How much time does it take each week?
One Roundtable call a week, Roleplay Lab every other week, and the mission you're on, which is work you'd be doing in your gym anyway, done with a plan. Your 2IC adds a 2IC School call every other week.
Does my team get trained too?
Yes. Your 2nd in Charge gets their own room: 2IC School, led by Valerie, every other week. Your coaches learn the same sales process you do. Pathfinder is built to make the gym depend on you less, which only works if the people around you grow.
Is there a community?
Yes, and it's a real one: a weekly Roundtable where owners bring what's actually happening, a private Slack, and in-person Collective events when Nick runs them. It comes with the work. It isn't the reason to join.
Why only three gyms a month?
Because Nick sits down with every owner himself before they join, and because a new gym takes real attention in its first weeks. Three a month is the cap.
Three gyms per month
Ready to talk?
If you're a gym owner who wants a straight conversation about where the business is and what's actually holding it back, book a call. An honest look at your gym, your numbers, and whether this is the right fit. Nick talks to every prospective member himself. If it's not a fit he'll tell you.
Pathfinder takes on three new gyms a month. That's the cap, and it's the reason Nick can sit down with every owner himself before they join.
