You feel like “I feel so awkward selling.”

Consults that convert without turning you into a salesperson.

Sales is the first act of coaching you'll ever do with someone.Nick Habich
Most gym owners dread the consult. Pathfinder flips the whole frame. A consultation isn't a pitch, it's the start of a coaching relationship, and you already know how to coach.
Nick gets why coaches hate selling. Most of you aren't natural salespeople, and the stuff you've been taught (scripts, objection handling, "closing") feels gross because it is. What works in a gym is simpler than that: ask one honest question, listen, tell a true story about a member like them, and recommend the thing you'd recommend to a friend. Then practice it out loud until it stops feeling like a performance.
The work
How we get you there
There's a plan, and every piece of it is the same shape: something to learn, something to go do in your gym, and something real to show for it at the end. Not a worksheet. The next piece opens when the last one is done.
The in-person consult as nine moves and zero pitching. The questions, the recap, the coaching, the pricing binder, good/better/best, and what to say to the wrong-fit prospect. A process you can run without a script and without feeling like somebody else.
The two calls that matter: the one that books the consult and the one that signs them up. Most leads die somewhere between the form and the first visit. This is where you stop that.
Consistent live reps, every other week. Reading about sales doesn't make you better at sales. Practicing does, and practicing in front of people who'll be honest with you does it faster. Your coaches come too.
If people say no a lot, sometimes it's the offer, not the pitch. We check: the plan, the price, the commitment, and whether what you quoted is what they came in for.
In your gym
What it looks like when it's working
- A consult has a shape, so a nervous coach can run one on a Tuesday night when you're not there.
- "I need to think about it" stops being a wall and starts being a reading of how much trust you built in the first ten minutes.
- Your coaches sell, because they learned the same process you did and practiced it in the Lab next to you.
- You can quote a price out loud without flinching, because the offer has been audited and you believe it.

Real gyms, this year
Owners aren't named here on purpose. Ask Nick on the call and he'll tell you the whole story.
Questions about more signups
I hate selling. Is this a sales program?
It's a coaching program, and sales is treated as the first act of coaching. Sell Like a Coach is nine moves and zero pitching, and the Roleplay Lab is where you practice them in front of people who'll be honest with you.
Does my team get trained too?
Yes. Your 2nd in Charge gets their own room: 2IC School, led by Valerie, every other week. Your coaches learn the same sales process you do. Pathfinder is built to make the gym depend on you less, which only works if the people around you grow.
What's a mission?
A piece of the plan, and every one has the same shape: something to learn, something to go do in your gym, and something real to show for it at the end. A marketing audit you actually ran. A consult you actually had. A staff check-in that actually happened. The next pillar opens when the first one is done.
What happens on the free call?
Thirty minutes on Zoom with Nick. An honest look at your gym, your numbers and what's actually holding it back. If it's not a fit, he'll tell you, and you'll still leave with something to do.
The other two pillars: More Leads and Strong Team. How the whole thing fits together.
Three gyms per month
Want more signups? It starts with a call.
If you're a gym owner who wants a straight conversation about where the business is and what's actually holding it back, book a call. An honest look at your gym, your numbers, and whether this is the right fit. Nick talks to every prospective member himself. If it's not a fit he'll tell you.
Pathfinder takes on three new gyms a month. That's the cap, and it's the reason Nick can sit down with every owner himself before they join.
